Track Your Transactions on Sanwo Express

After creating your express transaction, you can visit to track your transactions.

  • On the homepage, click on Track Transaction
  • Enter your Email Address or Phone Number to Confirm
  • You’ll receive a one-time password (OTP) on your Email Address or Phone Number
  • Check your Email Address or Phone Number for the OTP and enter the code to login. If you didn’t get it, you can always request it to be resent.
  • Once you login, you can track and manage your transactions
    • Transaction Log – This is where you can see a list of all your current and past transactions. You can also see your transactions as a buyer and as a seller.
    • Confirm Order – Only click on Confirm Order when you are sure that you’ve taken delivery of the product or service.
    • Request Refund – Only request a refund when you are sure the other party is distrustful or has no intention to deliver your product or service. When this happens, we will confirm with the other party and approve your refund. When you request a refund, it means your transaction has entered a dispute process and we may call you or invite you for a meeting to settle it depending on the response from the other party.
